What are your shipping rates?
We are currently charging a flat $5 shipping fee on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, but you will need to call your order in to +1.914.645.0177 or drop us an email to orders@berrybestmoms.com and we’ll call you back. Never send credit card information via email!
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If there are any delays you will be emailed. Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. If you need your order immediately, just give us a call at 1.914.645.0177 and we’ll do our best to expedite it.
What method of shipping do you use?
We typically use the USPS for most orders. However, sometimes we will have a product sent to you directly from the Mom Inventor. In that case, she may use other methods of shipping as well.
Can I expect my order to arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. Often a popular product will not be in stock and so will be sent to you directly from the Mom Inventor in order to avoid delays. If you order multiple products, it’s possible that you might receive multiple packages.
What is your return policy?
Some companies have complicated, lengthy return policies. Here at BerryBestMoms.com we feel that quality products and top customer service are the most important things, so our return policy is simple.
Email us at orders@berrybestmoms.com for a Return Form, and mail your item and completed form back within 30 days.
Your item must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging with any tags still attached, and you should have proof of purchase. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
However, a couple of our Mom Inventors do not allow returns of their products, or have a slightly different policy, which we have to abide by. This includes:
• A Little Annafaith – returns must be within 7 days
• ProudBody – no returns allowed
• Tummy Tub – no returns allowed
• Sprout Shell – returns must be made within 5 days
• Simply Sarah -- 7 day return policy on Handy Hold Alls
• Nomie Baby -- within 2 weeks of purchase
All shipping to and from for the return/exchange is covered by the consumer.
What is your privacy policy?
We never, ever share your information with anyone other than possibly giving the Mom Inventor of a product your shipping address if she is going to send a product to you directly.
